海外既有双线铁路升级改造项目运输组织管理模式与施工组织设计方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究既有双线铁路升级改造项目的运输组织管理模式与施工组织设计方法,依托巴基斯坦铁路卡拉奇—海德拉巴段既有双线段升级改造铁路项目,采用动态设计理念建立设计方法,分析海外既有双线铁路升级改造项目的运输组织管理模式及对应的施工组织设计方法。研究结果表明,既有双线铁路提速改造施工组织方案研究需要结合运输组织管理等边界条件综合确定;区间“单幅”限速后的铁路运输能力与线路站间距相关,在保证运能不损失的前提下,采用加设“行车会让站”与“分区段分幅”相结合的施工组织模型较为经济合理,列车最大延误时间与累计区间最大限速里程相关,建设工期与施工区段划分相关。 This paper was designed to study the mode of transportation organization and management and the method of construction organization design for the upgrading projects of existing double-track railways. By investigating the upgrading project of an existing double-track section in the Karachi – Hyderabad Section of the Pakistan Railway, the paper adopted the dynamic design concept to develop the design method and analyzed the mode of transportation organization and management and the corresponding method of construction organization design for upgrading projects of overseas existing double-track railways. The results support the following conclusions. The construction organization scheme for the speed-raising of existing double-track railways needs to be determined comprehensively by taking into account transportation organization and management and other boundary conditions. The transportation capacity of the railway is related to the station spacing of the line after the “single amplitude” speed limit is implemented in the section.On the premise of no loss of transportation capacity, a construction organization model combining the addition of “passing stations for train operation” with “different amplitudes for different sections” is economic and appropriate. On the above premise, the maximum delay time of the train is related to the maximum cumulative speed limit mileage in the section. On the same premise, the construction period is related to the division of construction sections.
