摘要
针对低标准住宅建筑改造的需求,对结构改造加固方案进行研究。经分析对比,提出了扩建剪力墙、预制构件改为现浇的整体改造方案,优化原结构体系,提高结构安全度,可减少既有建筑重复拆除与建设,优化工程量,缩短工期。
According to the needs of low-standard residence renovation, this paper studies the structural renovation and reinforcement scheme. After analysis and comparison, the overall reconstruction plan of expanding the shear wall and changing the prefabricated components to cast-in-place is proposed to optimize the original structural system and improve the structural safety, and reduces the repeated demolition and construction of existing buildings, optimizes the amount of work, and shortens the construction period.
