高速公路沥青路面坑槽病害的养护

Maintenance and Treatment of Pothole Disease in Asphalt Pavement of Expressway

为提高沥青路面的使用性能,对沥青路面坑槽病害的养护处理方法进行研究。对坑槽类型及修补方法进行了阐述,结合实际工程,采用热修补方法进行修补,并检测修补材料的物理指标是否满足施工要求,对施工工艺也进行了详细阐述,同时对修补完成后路面的高温稳定性及路面平整度进行性能检测。结果表明,高温稳定性及平整度均满足路用使用性能。

In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement, the maintenance and treatment methods of asphalt pavement pothole disease were studied. The type of pit groove and repair method are described, and then combined with the actual project, the thermal repair method is used to repair, and the physical index of the repair material is tested to meet the construction requirements, and the construction technology is also elaborated. At the same time, the high temperature stability and pavement smoothness of the road surface after the repair are tested. The results show that the high temperature stability and pavement smoothness both meet the road service performance.
