摘要
青岛地铁3号线某通道工程地面交通繁忙、地下建(构)筑物密集、周边环境复杂,且地质条件差,沉降敏感。由于上述诸多限制,通道平面结构布置为异形,断面形式为平顶直墙,并采用浅埋暗挖法施工。该工程通过地面注浆加固地层、设置超前管棚支护,并调整开挖工法及施工步序减小开挖断面,增加初支强度及刚度。施工过程中合理进行受力体系转换等一系列针对性的技术措施,对异形暗挖结构设计进行了一系列探讨。
A passage project of Qingdao Metro Line 3 has busy surface traffic,dense underground structures,complex surrounding environment,poor geological conditions and sensitive settlement.Consequently,deformed plane structure and flat-roof and straight-wall cross-sectional structure were designed,shallow tunnelling method was applied.For the purpose of increasing the strength and stiffness of the primary lining,measures such as surface grouting reinforcement,advanced shed-pipe support and adjusting detailed excavation method and order to reduce the area of cross section were implemented.In the process of construction,a series of specific technical measures such as the rational transformation of the force system are discussed.
