Application of Hanging Basket in the Construction of Building Exterior Wall

装饰装修阶段使用吊篮代替传统的扣件式钢管外脚手架进行外墙涂料施工,外立面成型效果好,能够大大加快脚手架的拆架速度,节约项目工期,降低项目施工成本,综合效益较好。论文结合南岗社区商业综合楼及配套项目办公楼外墙施工过程中吊篮的使用,对高处作业(ZLP630型)电动吊篮的施工特点和工艺要求进行总结,并对吊篮的选择、施工安全措施以及经济效益进行分析。

In the decoration stage,the hanging basket is used to replace the traditional fastener type steel pipe external scaffold for the external wall coating construction.The external facade has good molding effect,which can greatly speed up the scaffold removal speed,save the project duration,reduce the project construction cost,and achieve good comprehensive benefits.In combination with the use of hanging basket in the external wall construction of Nangang Community Commercial Complex Building and supporting project office building,this paper summarizes the construction characteristics and process requirements of electric hanging basket for work at heights(ZLP630 type),and analyzes the selection of hanging basket,construction safety measures and economic benefits.
