工程项目投标成本测算优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategy of Project Bidding Cost Calculation

针对施工企业在招标报价中存在的成本报价时间紧迫、报价准确性要求高等问题,分析了投标成本报价测算的重要性,从施工企业投标报价的人工成本、材料成本、机械成本3个方面分别提出了相应的成本测算改进策略。研究结果表明:通过优化投标报价成本测算,不但能提升施工企业的中标率,而且对强化企业内部管理,促进技术创新有积极的推动作用。

In view of the problems existing in the bidding and quotation of construction enterprises,such as short time and high accuracy requirements,this paper analyzes the importance of bidding and quotation,puts forward corresponding cost estimation and improvement strategies from three aspects of labor cost,material cost and machinery cost.The results show that the optimization of bidding cost calculation can not only improve the winning probability of construction enterprises,but also play a positive role in strengthening internal management and technological innovation.
