机电安装工程管理的问题与对策

针对机电设备安装施工的主要环节(包括图纸设计、设备安装、竣工验收等)进行了阐述,并对机电安装工程管理中存在的问题加以剖析,针对当前机电安装工程管理中存在的机电设备安装难度大、机电设备存在噪声与振动问题、基建预埋预留不足、施工人员专业性不强等问题,从图纸设计、施工组织设计、设备监管与筛查、人员管理、质量管控等方面提出应对方法。

This paper expounds the main links of mechanical and electrical equipment installation and construction,including drawing design,equipment installation,completion acceptance,etc.,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of mechanical and electrical installation.In view of the current mechanical and electrical installation project management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation is difficult,mechanical and electrical equipment noise and vibration problems,inadequate infrastructure embedded reserve,professional construction personnel is not strong,from design,construction organization design,equipment supervision and screening,personnel management,quality control and other aspects put forward the method to deal with.
