新时代高校红色文化育人的价值意蕴、现实困境及优化路径

The Value,Practical Predicament and Improvement Path of University Red Culture Education in the New Era

作为中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分,红色文化是培育德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的优质资源。在新时代条件下,高校准确把握人才培养要求,切实推进高校红色文化教育,可以更好地坚定大学生理想信念、涵养大学生精神气质、提升大学生文化自信。而在现实中,高校红色文化教育仍存在案例挖掘力度不够、话语时代化不够、实践统筹性不够、宣传协调性不够等问题。对此,高校红色文化教育应统筹把握“四多”,即多方位挖掘红色文化教育案例;多维度创新红色文化教育话语方式;多层面完善红色文化教育实践活动;多力量拓展红色文化教育宣传阵地,不断提升高校红色文化育人质量。

Red culture is a unique cultural resource of the Chinese nation and a high-quality resource for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and aesthetics.In the new era,colleges and universities should accurately grasp the requirements of talent training and effectively promote red culture education in colleges and universities,which can better strengthen the ideals and beliefs of college students,nurture their spirituality and enhance their cultural confidence.However,red culture education in colleges and universities still suffers from the problems of insufficient case discovery,insufficient modernization of discourse,insufficient coordination of practice and insufficient coordination of propaganda in reality.In this regard,red culture education in colleges and universities should grasp four“more”:multi-dimensional excavation of red culture education cases;multidimensional innovation of red culture education discourse;multi-level improvement of red culture education practice activities;multi-power expansion of red culture education propaganda positions,so as to continuously improve the quality of red culture education in colleges and universities.
