摘要
该文针对无人机起降平台的技术使用要求,结合起降平台的集成空间、托举升降、一维纵向调平等性能指标,设计出剪叉式车载无人机升降调平装置。该装置在前后布置2组单级独立电动剪刀叉机构,将其作为执行升降机日常运行的平台,利用纵向滑移倾斜结构和前后高低差方法,让车辆底盘在斜坡上能升降调平平台,在平整路面移动中能动态调整起降平台,给车载无人机日常起降工作打下坚实的基础。
According to the technical requirements of the UAV take-off and landing platform,combined with the integrated space,lifting and one-dimensional longitudinal leveling performance indicators of the platform,a scissors type vehicle borne UAV lifting and leveling device is designed.Two sets of single-stage independent electric scissors fork mechanisms are arranged at the front and rear of the device,which are used as the platform for daily operation of the elevator.The longitudinal sliding inclined structure and the front and rear height difference method are used to enable the vehicle chassis to lift and level the platform on the slope,and the take-off and landing platform can be dynamically adjusted during the movement of the flat road,laying a solid foundation for the daily take-off and landing work of the vehicle borne UAV.
