摘要
为了降低运输成本,在包装设计过程中应根据实际情况并结合本单位的包装能力制订既节约包装材料又不浪费体积的包装方案。该文针对出口锅炉零部件中品种多样及数量较多的零件采用集中包装骨架箱的包装方式,并对骨架箱设计流程做出了必要说明,其中主要整理确定主要受力构件强度校核及骨架箱尺寸的工艺设计方法,与同行进行沟通以便实现互相学习和提升技术的目的。
In order to reduce the transportation cost,in the process of packaging design,a packaging scheme that saves packaging materials and does not waste volume should be made according to the actual situation and combined with the packaging capacity of our unit.In this paper,the packaging mode of centralized packaging skeleton box is adopted for the various and large number of exported boiler parts,and the design process of skeleton box is explained.Among them,the process design methods for determining the strength check of the main bearing components and the size of the frame box are mainly sorted out to communicate with peers,in order to achieve the purpose of learning from each other and improving technology.
