Strengthening the budget management and cost control of highway engineering can not only promote the realization of the maximum economic benefit goal of the project,but also effectively guarantee the quality of highway engineering construction.However,from the practical point of view,the highway engineering budget management and cost control work shows that the ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,inappropriate methods,management execution,which is unable to promote budget management and cost control goalsand has a certain impact on highway development.There is an urgent need to make a thorough analysis of these problems,deal with optimization based on the actual effective measures,and prompt highway budget management and cost control level and quality improvement.Thus,this paper analyzes and discusses the key points of highway engineering budget management and cost control.
