摘要
因沿空巷道受采空区残余回采应力及采空区边缘煤体塑性区的影响,加之掘进期间遇地质构造导致巷道掘进中出现随掘随冒的现象,无法进行常规支护。故探索一种以新型无机注浆材料为核心的层次注浆技术,对解决沿空巷道掘进期间围岩变形大,提高掘进安全及效率具有重要意义。该文通过工程实例研究复杂地质条件下超前预注浆技术方案,并对注浆效果进行窥视、监测,验证煤层顶板经过层次注浆加固后,巷道围岩变形得到快速控制,顶板淋水问题得以缓解,围岩裂隙得到有效充填,围岩稳定性增强,巷道变形得到有效控制,对复杂地质条件下安全掘进具有借鉴意义。
Because the gob-side tunnel in the goaf is affected by the residual mining stress of the goaf and the plastic area of the coal at the edge of the goaf,and because of the geological structure during the driving period,it is impossible to carry out conventional support.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore a hierarchical grouting technology with a new inorganic grouting material as the core to solve the large deformation of surrounding rock and improve the safety and efficiency of gob-side tunneling.In this paper,the technical scheme of advance pre-grouting under complex geological conditions is studied through engineering examples,and the grouting effect is peered and monitored to verify that the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is quickly controlled after hierarchical grouting reinforcement of coal seam roof,the problem of roof watering is alleviated,the surrounding rock fissures are effectively filled,the stability of surrounding rock is enhanced,and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled,which can be used for reference for safe excavation under complex geological conditions.
