组织公平感与少先队辅导员职业认同:潜在剖面分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:本研究采用潜在剖面分析技术探究少先队辅导员组织公平感的潜在类别及职业认同的关系。方法:选取361名来自新疆、河南等省市12所学校的少先队辅导员,运用方差分析探讨组织公平感潜在类别与职业认同的关系。结果:少先队辅导员组织公平感得分与职业认同得分正相关(r=0.504,P<0.01)。少先队辅导员组织公平感可分为低组织公平感组(11.9%)、中等组织公平感组(47.9%)和高组织公平感组(40.2%)3个潜在类别;不同潜在类别少先队辅导员职业认同各维度得分差异均有统计学意义,高组织公平感组的职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感和职业行为倾向维度得分均高于其余2组。结论:少先队辅导员的组织公平感存在3种潜在类别,组织公平感类别与职业认同密切相关。 Objective:This study uses potential profile analysis technology to explore the relationship between the potential categories of organizational justice and professional identity of young pioneers counselors.Methods:A total of 361 young pioneers counselors from 12 schools in Xinjiang,Henan and other provinces were selected to explore the relationship between the potential categories of organizational justice and professional identity by analysis of variance.Results:There was a positive correlation between the scores of organizational justice and professional identity of young pioneers counselors(r=0.504,P<0.01).The sense of organizational justice of young pioneers counselors could be divided into three potential categories:Low sense of organizational justice group(11.9%),medium sense of organizational justice group(47.9%)and high sense of organizational justice group(40.2%);There were significant differences in the scores of all dimensions of professional identity of young pioneers counselors in different potential categories(P<0.001).The scores of professional values,role values,professional belonging and professional behavior tendency in the high sense of organizational justice group were higher than those in the other three groups.Conclusion:There are three potential categories of organizational justice of young pioneers’counselors,and the categories of organizational justice are closely related to professional identity.
