摘要
原燃料带入的有害元素进入高炉后会对产品质量和指标产生诸多不利影响,为此采用定量分析的研究方法,针对某钢企高炉的入炉钾钠及锌等有害元素进行了初步平衡研究。结果表明,钾钠金属元素在炉内的滞留量可以得到有效控制,但对高炉本体危害及冶炼技术经济指标影响最大的锌元素的滞留率达到了34%以上,锌的月滞留量几乎等同于二次资源的带入量。此外,还进行了锌元素对冶炼成本的初步敏感性分析。
When harmful elements contained by raw materials and fuels feed into the blast furnace,there are many adverse effects to products quality and indicators.The quantitative analysis method was adopted for preliminary equilibrium studies on harmful elements(such as potassium,sodium and zinc)of one Steel Enterprise.Analysis results show,the hold-up volume of metal elements,such as potassium sodium can be controlled effectively,but zinc element has harmful to furnace body and it has big influence to smelting technical-economic indicators,its hold-up volume is more than 34%,the monthly hold-up volume of zinc is almost equal to secondary resource feeding volume.Furthermore,the preliminary sensitivity analysis on zinc element of smelting costs was carried out.
