摘要
针对桩柱式转化器存在气流分布不均匀、触媒层同一平面不同点温差大、转化效率低等问题,采用计算机Fluent模拟新布气装置的均匀性。新研制的装置使用了双级布气板和挡气环,改造后触媒层同一平面不同点温差由16℃下降至2℃;进入尾吸脱硫系统SO_(2)浓度由975.50 mg/Nm^(3)下降为486.83 mg/Nm^(3)。
Pile type converter has the problems that uneven gas distribution problem,large temperature difference of catalyst layer on the different points of the same level,low conversion efficiency and the other problems,therefore,computer Fluent was used to simulate the uniformity of new gas distribution device.two-stage gas distribution board and air stopper was used in new developed device,the temperature difference of catalyst layer on the different points of the same level was decreased from 16℃to 2℃after transformation;SO_(2)concentration entering into tailing suction desulfurization system was decreased from 975.50 mg/Nm^(3) to 486.83 mg/Nm^(3).
