低氧、低气压条件下煤的燃烧反应研究及应用

摘要 针对低氧、低气压条件易导致煤燃烧过程供氧不足,燃烧效果差的问题,在构建的气压可控热重实验体系中,对压力、升温速率和煤粒度大小等对煤燃烧特性的影响因素进行了正交试验研究。确定了低气压下较适宜的煤燃烧条件为:压力80.8 kPa、升温速率15℃/min,粒度100μm,并在工业化应用中得到验证。 Insufficient oxygen supply occurs in coal combustion process under low oxygen and low air pressure condition,the firing effect is bad,therefore,the orthogonal tests for influence factors(such as pressure,heating rate,coal’s particle size and so on)of coal combustion features were carried out for air pressure controllable thermogravimetric experimental system under construction.The proper combustion conditions of coal under low air pressure were confirmed:the pressure is 80.8 k Pa,the heating rate is 15℃/min,the particle size is 100μm,the conditions were tested and verified in industrial application.
