顶吹炉处理高铁锡精矿的方法研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来锡精矿变化较大,贫锡矿的开发利用越来越多,锡精矿中的杂质含量不断升高,其中含铁上升较为突出,对锡精矿还原熔炼带来较大影响,造成直收率下降、煤单耗上升和耐火材料寿命下降等,针对以上问题采取选择合理渣的密度和控制铁元素的走向、炉内空气过剩系数及渣量控制,适当地控制渣的硅酸度及渣的温度等措施,直收率从76.54%升到77.69%,煤单耗由0.123 t/t下降到0.09 t/t,炉内耐火材料寿命由10个月提升到11个月。 Tin concentrate has larger changes in recent years,the development and utilization of tin-lean ore is more often,the impurities content in tin concentrates were rising constantly,among the impurities,the increasing of iron content is more prominent,it has big influence to reduction smelting of tin concentrates,it makes decreasing of direct recovery rate,increasing of unit consumption of coal,and decreasing of life time of refractory material and so on,for the above mentioned problems,the reasonable slag density shall be selected,and the trend of iron element shall be controlled,the coefficient of excess air inside the furnace and slag volume shall be controlled,the silica acidity and the temperature shall be controlled properly,then the direct recovery rate was increased from 76.54%to77.69%,coal unit consumption was decreased from 0.123 t/t to 0.09 t/t,the life time of refractory material inside the furnace was increased from 10 months to 11 months.
