铸造铝合金方棒浇铸质量控制与应用

摘要 针对热顶模半连续铸造铝合金方棒存在的工艺技术及产品质量缺陷问题,分析了生产中产生问题的原因,研发了方棒铸造用结晶器成型技术,采取了操作强化、工艺控制、技术升级、工装维护等具体措施,使生产率提升到17 t/h,铸造成材率提升到99.5%,产品质量良好。 According to the existing process technologies problems of aluminum alloy square stick casting by hot top film semicontinuous casting and the quality flaw of products, the reasons for the problems during production process were analyzed, the crystallizer forming technology for square stick casting was developed, operational hardening, process control, technology upgrading, tooling maintenance and the other specific measures were taken, therefore, the productivity is increased to 17 t/h, the casting rate is increased to99.5%, the product quality is good.
