延长电解槽换极周期的工艺研究与应用

摘要 针对电解车间阳极炭块单耗偏高的问题,采取优化阳极炭块结构、增加阳极涂层、加强捞渣机使用、提高设置精度、优化角部极设置、增加极上保温料等电解槽换极工艺措施,达到强化角部导电、优化电流分布、改善槽子电压平衡和热平衡、防止炉膛畸形的效果,从而增强了电解槽稳定性,使换极周期增加了60 h,炭耗降低了27.57 kg/t·Al,电流效率提高0.2%左右。 The following anode change technological measures were taken to solve the high unit consumption of anode carbon block of electrolysis workshop,such as optimization of anode carbon block structure,increasing anode coating,increasing use frequency of submerged chain conveyor,improving setting accuracy,optimization of corner anode settings,increasing insulation of anode and so on,therefore,the conductivity of corners were strengthened,the current distribution were optimized,the voltage balance and heat balance of cell was improved,furnace deformity was prevented,so that the stability of electrolytic cell is increased,the anode change period is increased by 60 h,coal consumption of per ton aluminum is decreased by 27.57 kg/t·Al,the current efficiency of electrolytic cell was increased about 0.2%.
