摘要
软土地区深大基坑变形控制难度大,当其紧邻轨道交通设施时,后者的保护问题会给基坑工程的设计、施工及管理带来巨大挑战。论文以宁波软土地区中央公园项目为依托,分析了该深大基坑的工程特点,并针对性提出了分区分块开挖、合理标段设置、交叉施工控制等多项技术与管理措施。有限元模拟结果表明以上措施可有效控制深大基坑及邻近轨道交通设施变形,保护效果达到预期。相关成果可为软土地区类似工程建设提供参考。
It is difficult to control the deformation of deep and large foundation pit in soft soil area.When it is close to rail transit facilities,the protection of the latter will bring great challenges to the design,construction and management of foundation pit engineering. Based on the central Park project in Ningbo soft soil area,this paper analyzes the engineering characteristics of the deep and large foundation pit,and puts forward several technical and management measures,such as segmenting excavation,setting up mark section and controlling cross construction. Finite element simulation results show that the above measures can effectively control the deformation of deep and large foundation pits and adjacent rail transit facilities,and the protection effect is expected. The results can provide reference for similar projects in soft soil area.
