摘要
论文通过引入BIM模型进行工厂化预制加工,深入融合施工现场与图纸进行深化设计和管线部署,建立工程预制加工的操作工艺和管理方法,使工艺流程更加优化,不断提升管理水平和施工标准。BIM模型对管道、线槽、桥架、风管进行立体部署与综合布置,通过新建族文件以满足深化设计加工详图贴近施工现场,待加工成品后进行现场组装和安装到位,从预制加工到现场安装各个工序环节做到很好的衔接,安装精度和装配顺序得到充分的保证,组装后的管线系统达到设计效果。BIM模型能避免管线异形件提资周期长和生产周期长的短板,避免管线冲突或异形件装配不好造成的返工,提升关联专业同时作业的协作效率,提升施工现场的文明施工效果,提升产品制造及施工装配的经济附加值。
This paper introduces BIM model for industrialized prefabrication,deeply integrates the construction site and drawings,deepens the design and pipeline deployment,and establishes the operation process and management method of Engineering prefabrication,so as to optimize the process flow and continuously improve the management level and construction standards. BIM model carries out threedimensional deployment and comprehensive layout of pipes,trunking,bridges and air ducts. New family files are created to meet the requirements of detailed design and processing. The detailed drawings are close to the construction site. After the finished products are processed,they are assembled and installed in place on site. All process links from prefabrication to on-site installation are well connected,and the installation accuracy and assembly sequence are fully guaranteed,The assembled pipeline system achieves the design effect. BIM model can avoid the short board with long capital raising cycle and long production cycle of pipeline special-shaped parts,avoid the rework site caused by pipeline conflict or poor assembly of special-shaped parts,improve the cooperation efficiency of simultaneous operation of related disciplines,improve the civilized construction effect on the construction site,and improve the economic added value of product manufacturing and construction assembly.
