Digital Archives Management Based on Information Technology

档案信息化管理在目前公路工程建设中发展不能与时俱进,存在诸多问题,由于地域的不同、管理模式不同、管理人员对档案管理的理解不同以及管理人员的能力不同,档案管理工作一直得不到统一,体现不出档案的真实目的与真正意义,需要我们采取系统的、全面的创新理念进行解决。为此,以公路工程项目建设过程中的档案信息化管理为目的,提出数字化档案管理的新理念。

At present,the development of archives information management in highway construction cannot keep pace with the times,and there are many problems,because of the different regions,different management modes,different understanding of archives management by managers and different abilities of managers,the work of Archives Management has not been unified,cannot reflect the true purpose of the file and the true meaning,we need to take a systematic,comprehensive innovative concept to solve. To this end,this paper puts forward a new idea of digital archives management,aiming at the archives information management in the process of highway construction.
