建筑工程地下室渗漏质量通病防治研究

Research on Governance of Quality Common Fault of Construction Engineering Leakage Basement

地下室渗漏问题一直是建筑工程的主要质量通病,渗漏防治工作涉及到设计标准、原材料、施工工艺、功能检验等众多环节和因素。论文从提升混凝土自防水功能、加强外防水施工质量及关键部位渗漏防治三个方面进行探析,结合工程实践提出了针对性管控措施,为地下室渗漏防治工作提供对照参考。

Basement leakage problem has been the quality of construction engineering major,leakage prevention and control work involves the design standards,raw materials,construction technology,function test,and many other links and factors. This paper improve the waterproof function,strengthen the outside waterproof concrete construction quality and leakage prevention and control of three key positions opposite to carry on the analysis,the pertinence control measures are put forward according to engineering practice,providing a reference for the basement leakage prevention and treatment.
