摘要
既有建筑外墙保温系统的安全性、耐久性、功能性会随时间的推移逐渐下降,不但会造成能源损失,也会威胁到人民的生命财产安全。只有制定科学的评价方法,才能实现对安全因素的预防和干预,从而降低损失。通过查阅文献、咨询专家和实地研究,归纳总结出一套排查评价体系,使用层次分析法对既有建筑外墙保温系统各性能进行分级分类,逐一赋予权重值和扣分值,通过计算总扣分值得出等级和评价结果,从而给出处理建议。工程应用结果表明:该排查评价体系适用性好、适用范围广,层次分析法分类灵活具体、计算方法简单直接,能得到较为系统的、全面的评价结果。
The safety,durability,and functionality of existing buildings exterior wall insulation systems will gradually decrease over time. This can result in a loss of energy. It also threatens people’s lives and property. The prevention and intervention of safety factors can be realized only by establishing scientific evaluation methods. Thereby reducing losses. This paper was based on literature review,consulting experts and field research. And summarized a set of troubleshooting and evaluated system. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to classify the performance of the existing building exterior wall thermal insulation system. Then assigned weights and deductions one by one. By calculating the total deduction points,the grade and evaluation result of the building can be obtained. So as to give treatment suggestions. The engineering application results show that: the screening and evaluation system has good applicability and wide application range,the AHP classification is flexible and specific,the calculation method is simple and direct,and can get more systematic and comprehensive evaluation results.
