镍累积向日葵根基生物炭-铁内电解处理硝酸盐氮试验研究

Experimental study on treatment of nitrate nitrogen by nickel accumulation sunflower root-based biochar-iron internal electrolysis

摘要 采用镍累积向日葵根基生物炭-铁内电解技术处理水中硝酸盐氮,考察了铁碳比、停留时间、 pH值、生物炭制备温度等因素对硝酸盐氮处理效果的影响。结果表明,内电解方法对硝酸盐氮有较好的去除效果,最佳处理条件为:生物炭制备温度为450℃,铁碳比为5:1, pH值为7。最佳反应条件下,反应10 h后硝酸盐氮的去除率达到65%。产物分析表明只有少部分硝酸盐氮转化为氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮,说明体系中发生了化学脱氮,反应10 h的总氮去除率达到55%。 Using nickel accumulation sunflower root-based biochar-iron internal electrolysis technology to treat nitrate nitrogen, the effect of iron-carbon ratio, retention time, pH value, biochar preparation temperature and some other factors on nitrate nitrogen removal was investigated. The results showed that, internal electrolysis had good performance on nitrate nitrogen removal, the optimal condition for the treatment was: the biochar preparation temperature was 450 ℃, the iron-carbon ratio was 5 ∶ 1, the pH value was 7. Under the above condition,the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen reached 65% in 10 h. The product analysis showed that, only a small part of nitrate nitrogen translate into ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, which indicated that chemical denitrification occurred in the said system, the removal rate of total nitrogen reached 55% in 10 h.
