生化污泥-CDQ粉协同制备活性炭及应用研究

摘要 为降低污泥活性炭制备中污泥水分干化预处理的能耗、提升活性炭成品性能,采用高碳含量的干熄焦环境除尘粉(CDQ)粉与生化污泥协同制备活性炭,研究结果表明,投加CDQ粉可使污泥原料含水率由84.75%快速下降至35%,直接用于造粒无需干化预处理,活性炭含碳量由36.07%提升至63.14%,性能指标提升明显。试验确定了最佳原料质量配比为生化污泥41.3%、 CDQ粉56.7%、粘结剂2%;最优工艺条件为活化温度500℃、活化时间30 min、氯化锌溶液质量分数40%、浸渍时间2 h,所制备活性炭碘吸附值为607.2 mg/g,比表面积为319m^(2)/g,无浸出毒性,对于焦化蒸氨废水吸附效果优于商品活性炭。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of sludge moisture drying in the preparation of activated carbon and improve the performance of activated carbon products, the research idea of synergistic preparation of activated carbon with high carbon content dry quenching environmental dusting(CDQ) powder and biochemical sludge was proposed. The results showed that the method could rapidly reduce the moisture content of raw sludge materials from 84.75% to 35%, and no drying pretreatment was required for direct granulation, the carbon content of the prepared activated carbon was increased from 36.07% to 63.14%, which showed a significant improvement of the product′s performance indexes. The experiment confirmed the optimal raw material mass ratio was biochemical sludge 41.3%, CDQ powder 56.7%, binder 2%. The optimal process condition was:the activation temperature was 500 ℃, the activation time was 30 min, the zinc chloride solution mass fraction was 40%, the dipping time was 2 h. The prepared activated carbon has 607.2 mg/g iodine adsorption value, its specific surface area was 319 m^(2)/g, and there was no leaching toxicity;besides, the adsorption efficiency of it on coking ammonia evaporation wastewater was better than that of the commercial activated carbon.
