基于熵权TOPSIS模型的创新型省份高质量发展研究

High-quality Development of Innovative Provinces Based on Entropy TOPSIS Model

基于五大发展理念构建了创新型省份高质量发展评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对江苏与中部六省的创新型省份高质量发展进行综合评价与比较;运用复合系统协同度模型,对七省的创新子系统与其余子系统之间的协调度进行分析。研究结果显示:江苏高质量发展水平高于中部六省,但不同地区“创新发展”子系统与其他子系统的协调度不同,表明不同地区在不同阶段的建设重点不同。最后提出推动创新型省份高质量发展的相关建议。

Based on the five development concepts, this paper constructs the evaluation system of high-quality development of innovative provinces, comprehensively evaluates and compares the high-quality development of innovative provinces in Jiangsu and six provinces in Central China by Using Entropy TOPSIS method, and analyzes the coordination degree between innovation subsystems and other subsystems of seven provinces by using the composite system coordination degree model.The results show that the high-quality development level of Jiangsu Province is higher than that of the six provinces in Central China, but the coordination degree of“innovation and development”subsystem and other subsystems is different in different regions, which indicates that different regions have different construction priorities at different stages.Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to promote the high-quality development of innovative provinces.
