摘要
以微动力降尘装置高效率除尘器在哈尔乌素露天输煤系统中的联合应用为例进行论述,探讨了在开展露天煤矿输煤系统中除尘器的智能控制研究路线,达到在露天输煤作业中降低粉尘危害,对除尘工艺实现智能化控制目的。结果表明:通过各类高效除尘器的综合应用,采取智能化控制能够达到节能目标,可以对粉尘从产生源头到产品的全流程治理。
Based on the application of micro power dust removal device high efficiency dust collector in Ha’erwusu Open-pit Mine coal conveying system, the article discusses the intelligent control of filters research route in open-pit mine coal conveying system,in order to reduce dust hazard and realize intelligent control of dust removal technology.The results show that by means of the comprehensive application of various kinds of high efficiency dust collector, we adopt the intelligent control to achieve the goal of energy saving, and also control the whole process of dust from the source to the product.
