摘要
为提高资源回收率,增加经济效益,黑岱沟露天煤矿亟需一种拉铲工艺条件下5#煤开采方案;通过对5#煤赋存情况进行分析,结合核定产能条件下采场整体推进度,确定5#煤可采时限;同时根据多年拉铲的工程实践研究,总结出了拉铲3大类作业方式,依据不同的作业方式和5#煤及夹矸开采运输系统布设方式,提出了4种5#煤开采方案,并从“5#煤及夹矸运输系统布置、拉铲倒堆系统采剥循环时间、各环节采剥工程量、年生产任务完成情况”等角度进行对比分析,最终确定采用方案4。
In order to improve the resource recovery rate and increase economic benefits, Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine urgently needs a mining scheme of No. 5 coal under the conditions of bucket shovel technology. This article determines the mining time limit of No. 5 coal through the analysis of No. 5 coal occurrence condition and in combination with the overall progress of the stope under the verified production capacity. At the same time, according to the engineering practice and research of bucket shovel for many years, the article summarizes three types of operation modes of bucket shovel. According to different operation modes and the layout of No. 5 coal and gangue mining and transportation system, the article puts forward four kinds of No. 5 coal mining schemes, and compares and analyzes from the aspects of "No. 5 coal and gangue mining and transportation system layout, bucket shovel dump system mining and stripping cycle time, mining and stripping quantities of each link, and annual production task completion", determines scheme IV to be adopted.
