摘要
为了解决930E-4卡车液压油温异常引发的故障,分析了造成液压油温故障的主要原因,具体为:液压系统保养不及时,液压油受到污染,液压系统内元件内泄,蓄能器气压不足或损坏等;通过故障分析制定了防范措施。结果表明:解决方案的有效实施使930E-4卡车液压故障得到有效控制,为设备的保养维护提供了借鉴,提升了设备检修效率。
In order to solve the faults caused by abnormal hydraulic oil temperature of the 930E-4 truck, this article analyzes the main causes of hydraulic oil temperature faults, such as untimely maintenance of hydraulic system, pollution of hydraulic oil,internal leakage of components in hydraulic system, insufficient or damaged air pressure of accumulator, etc. Through fault analysis,the article formulates preventive measures. The results show that the effective implementation of the solution can effectively control the hydraulic faults of the 930E-4 truck, which provide reference for equipment maintenance and improve equipment overhaul efficiency.
