为了有效提升MT4400AC电动轮自卸卡车的应用效果,解决本身存在的技术缺陷,分析了MT4400AC电动轮自卸卡车的转向示廓灯和车梯的技术缺陷,提出了切实可行的技术改造措施。结果表明:改进后的示廓灯极大地方便司机夜间行车,为安全行驶增加保障;特别是在极端天气下,车梯的改进提高了安全保障,有效提升卡车的运行效率。

In order to effectively improve the application effect of MT4400AC electric wheel dump truck and solve its own technical defects, this article analyzes the technical defects of the steering outline lamp and the ladder of MT4400AC electric wheel dump truck, and puts forward practical technical transformation measures. The results show that the improved outline light is very convenient for drivers to drive at night, which increases the security for safe driving and the improvement of the car ladder,especially in extreme weather, provides a guarantee for drivers’ safety and effectively improves the operation efficiency of trucks.
