摘要
为了解决930E卡车制动锁定电气回路故障,分析了卡车制动锁定工作原理,结合卡车故障现象,对卡车经常出现制动锁定不投入以及制动锁定不解除的电气控制方面的故障给出处理方法。结果表明:该方法可以迅速排出930E卡车制动锁定电气回路故障,有效减少此类故障的发生频率提高卡车的出动率。
In order to solve the electrical circuit fault of 930E truck’s brake lock, the author analyzes the working principle of the truck’s brake lock, and combines with the phenomenon of truck faults, and gives treatment methods of the electrical control faults on the brake lock not engaged and the brake lock not released. The results show that this method can quickly eliminate the failure of 930E truck’s brake lock electrical circuit, effectively reduce the frequency of such failures and improve the dispatch rate of the truck.
