摘要
为了解决EH3500ACⅡ矿用卡车液压系统存在的安全风险,通过分析液压系统的结构组成及特点,并对现有的液压系统进行优化方案设计,得到最佳运行效果。结果表明:优化后的液压系统能够完全满足现场工作要求,进一步提升了液压系统的可靠性,消除了维修和运行过程中安全隐患,同时减少了卡车平均故障时间,保证了露天开采持续高效运行。
In order to solve the existing safety risk in the hydraulic system of EH3500AC II mine truck, this article analyzes the structure and characteristics of the hydraulic system, and carries on the optimization scheme design to the existing hydraulic system, obtains the best operating effect. The results show that the optimized hydraulic system can fully meet the requirements of field work, further improve the reliability of the hydraulic system, eliminate the hidden trouble in maintenance and operation, and reduce the average truck fault time, which ensures the continuous and efficient operation of open-pit mining.
