吊斗铲拱形梁与斗体连接处开裂焊接修复工艺

摘要 为了有效解决比塞洛斯8750-65型吊斗铲铲斗拱形梁与斗体连接处在维修后较短时间内发生焊缝重新开裂的现象,分析了铲斗拱形梁与斗体连接处开裂原因,从合金化学成分、力学性能出发制定焊接工艺,介绍了裂纹修复焊修过程及检修后吊斗铲的使用情况。结果表明:该焊修工艺可以有效减少焊接应力,减少因焊接应力导致的开裂现象。 In order to effectively solve the cracking problem of the connection between the bucket arch beam and the bucket body of biseros 8750-65 bucket shovel, the article analyzes the cracking causes of the connection between the bucket arch beam and the bucket body, formulates the welding technology based on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the alloy, and describes the process of crack repair welding and the use of the bucket shovel after maintenance. The results show that the welding repair technology can effectively reduce the welding stress and reduce the cracking caused by welding stress.
