低碳农业发展与路径转型研究——以吉林省为例

Research on Low-carbon Agriculture Development and Path Transformation

农业在吉林省经济发展中有着重要的战略意义,当前“双碳”目标的提出,给吉林省农业发展提出了新要求和新目标,吉林省向低碳农业转型发展是实现这一目标的关键,吉林省高比例的传统耕作模式,未打破的技术壁垒和尚需完善的现代农业市场体系,都是吉林省向低碳农业转型的阻碍。因此本文通过对吉林省当前农业发展现状的调查和分析,以实证研究为指引,总结概括当前吉林省低碳转型的困境,最后为吉林省低碳农业发展提出建议,为吉林省农业低碳发展转型取得重大突破提供参考。

Agriculture has an important strategic significance in the economic development of Jilin Province.The present"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals"puts forward new requirements and new goals for the agricultural development of Jilin Province.The transformation and development of Jilin Province to low carbon agriculture is the key to realize this goal.The high proportion of traditional farming mode in Jilin Province,unbroken technical barriers and the need to improve the modern agricultural market system are all obstacles to the transition to low-carbon agriculture in Jilin Province.Therefore,through the investigation and analysis of the current agricultural development status of Jilin Province and guided by empirical research,this paper summarizes the current predicament of low-carbon transformation in Jilin Province.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the development of low-carbon agriculture in Jilin Province and provides reference for the major breakthrough of agricultural low-carbon transformation in Jilin Province.
