疫情对中国半导体供应链的影响及国际经验借鉴

The Impact of the Epidemic on Semiconductor Supply Chain of China and International Experience for Reference

自2020年下半年以来,受新冠疫情、地缘政治风险上升等因素影响,全球芯片市场面临持续短缺状况,对全球产业链稳定、经济复苏都构成挑战。与此同时,半导体及芯片也成为国际竞争的重要领域,产业生产受到越来越多经济之外因素的影响。本文结合半导体产业链结构特点,分析全球供应链紧张的原因及对我国产生的影响,并参考日韩应对的措施经验,提出适合我国的产业发展建议。

Since the second half of 2020,the global chip market has been facing continuous shortages due to the COVID-19,rising geopolitical risks and other factors,posing challenges to the stability of the global industrial chain and economic recovery.At the same time,semiconductors and chips have also become important areas of international competition,and industrial production is affected by more and more factors outside the economy.Based on the characteristics of the semiconductor industry chain structure,this paper analyzes the reasons for the global supply chain tension and its impact on China,and refers to the experience of Japan and South Korea in response to measures,puts forward suggestions for China’s industrial development.
