产业集群中考虑遗忘机制的异质企业隐性知识共享演化博弈研究

Evolutionary Game of Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Heterogeneous Enterprises Considering Forgetting Mechanism in Industrial Clusters

产业集群中异质企业的隐性知识共享是影响企业发展的重要因素.本文将遗忘机制纳入异质企业隐性知识共享过程,构建产业集群中考虑遗忘机制的异质企业隐性知识共享演化博弈模型,分析异质企业进行隐性知识共享的动态演化博弈,并用MATLAB软件对模型进行模拟仿真.研究结果表明:异质企业隐性知识共享的演化稳定策略存在不确定性,协同效应的获益系数对企业选择隐性知识共享策略有正向影响,而隐性知识遗忘率、单方共享的获益系数和风险损失系数对企业选择隐性知识共享策略有负向影响.

The tacit knowledge sharing of heterogeneous enterprises in industrial clusters is an important factor affecting the development of enterprises.This paper brings forgetting mechanism into the process of heterogeneous enterprises’tacit knowledge sharing,constructs an evolutionary game model of heterogeneous enterprises’tacit knowledge sharing considering forgetting mechanism in industrial clusters,analyzes the dynamic evolutionary game of heterogeneous enterprises’tacit knowledge sharing,and simulates the model with MATLAB software.The research results show that there is uncertainty in the evolution and stability strategy of tacit knowledge sharing among heterogeneous enterprises.The benefit coefficient of synergy effect has a positive impact on enterprises’choice of tacit knowledge sharing strategy,while the forgetting rate of tacit knowledge,the benefit coefficient of unilateral sharing and the risk loss coefficient have a negative impact on enterprises’choice of tacit knowledge sharing strategy.
