人工晶状体植入联合GSL治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术(GSL)治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法选择2020年6月至2021年3月接受手术治疗的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者68例(72只眼)。按照治疗方法不同,分为观察组34例(36只眼)与对照组34例(36只眼)。观察组给予人工晶状体植入联合GSL治疗,对照组患者给予人工晶状体植入术+小梁切除术。比较两组患者眼压、视力情况、前房中央深度及术后并发症发生率。结果术后两组患者视力情况均明显改善,且观察组患者的最佳矫正视力及前房中央深度高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工晶状体植入联合GSL能够改善患者的视力状况,降低眼压,且患者的预后情况理想,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of intraocular lens implantation combined with atrial angle separation(GSL)in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataracts.Methods 68 patients(72 eyes)with acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataracts were selected from June 2020 to March 2021.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the observation group[34 cases(36 eyes)]and the control group[34 cases(36 eyes)].The observation group was given intraocular lens implantation combined with GSL treatment,and the control group was given intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy.The intraocular pressure,vision,central depth of the anterior chamber and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results The vision of both groups of patients improved significantly after the operation,and the optimal corrective vision and central depth of the anterior chamber of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation combined with GSL can improve the patients'vision,reduce intraocular pressure,and the patients'prognosis is ideal,which is worthy of clinical application.
