老年男性骨密度与血脂、颈动脉粥样斑块相关性分析

目的探讨老年男性骨密度(BMD)与血脂、颈动脉粥样斑块形成的相关性。方法选取2020年7月至2022年6月老年男性患者208例,按照骨密度值分为骨质正常组、骨质减少组、骨质疏松组。三组均行血脂检测,彩超探查颈动脉是否有斑块形成,比较BMD、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、颈动脉粥样斑块发生率的差异,以及BMD与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、颈动脉粥样斑块形成的相关性。结果老年男性骨质正常组、骨质减少组、骨质疏松组TC、LDL-C、颈动脉粥样斑块发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且BMD与TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、颈动脉粥样斑块形成呈负相关(P<0.05)。按照年龄进行分层后,BMD与LDL-C的相关性随年龄增长呈减弱趋势,与TG的相关性呈增强趋势。结论老年男性BMD与TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、颈动脉粥样斑块形成呈负相关,且随年龄增长,BMD与LDL-C的相关性呈减弱趋势,与TG之间的相关性呈增强趋势。

Objective To investigate the correlation between bone mineral density(BMD)and blood lipids,carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in elderly men.Methods 208 elderly male patients from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into three groups according to bone mineral density:the normal bone group,the osteopenia group and the osteoporosis group.The three groups were tested for blood lipid.Color ultrasound was used to detect whether carotid artery plaque was formed.And the differences in BMD,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and the incidence of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were compared,as well as the correlation between BMD and TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Results There was significant difference in TC,LDL-C and the incidence of carotid atherosclerotic plaque among the elderly male patients with normal bone group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group(P<0.05),and BMD was negatively correlated with TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After stratification according to age,the correlation between BMD and LDL-C decreased with age,and the correlation between BMD and TG increased.Conclusion BMD is negatively correlated with TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in elderly men,and the correlation between BMD and LDL-C tends to weaken with age,while the correlation between BMD and TG tends to increase.
