IL-6、hs-CRP和钙卫蛋白联合肠道菌群检测诊断炎性肠病及评估活动度的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和钙卫蛋白联合肠道菌群检测诊断炎性肠病及评估活动度的价值。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月炎性肠病患者62例(观察组),缓解期、活动期患者各31例。另选取同期体检健康者31例为对照组,比较两组患者IL-6、hs-CRP、钙卫蛋白及肠道菌群水平。结果活动期组、缓解期组与健康组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆菌、真杆菌、消化球菌数量依次增加,大肠杆菌、肠球菌、小梭菌数量依次减少(P<0.05);缓解期组与健康组比较,拟杆菌数量降低(P=0.04)。活动期组、缓解期、对照组3组IL-6、hs-CRP和钙卫蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),缓解期组IL-6、hs-CRP和钙卫蛋白水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论IL-6、hs-CRP和钙卫蛋白联合肠道菌群检测在诊断及评估炎性肠病活动度中具有重要的作用。 Objective To discuss the study of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and calcium-protein combined intestinal flora detection in diagnosis and assessing inflammatory bowel disease activity value.Method 62 patients with inflammatory bowel disease from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects and set as the observation group.The 31 healthy cases of the medical examination were set as the control group,with 31 cases in remission period and 31 cases in active period.The level of IL-6,hs-CRP,Calcium-protein and intestinal flora were observed and analyzed.Result The numbers of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Bacteroides,Eubacterium,and Peptococcus in the active group,the remission group and the healthy group increased in turn,while the numbers of Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,and Clostridium minor were decreased in turn,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy group,the number of Bacteroidetes in the remission group was significantly reduced,while there was no significant difference in the number of other bacteria(P=0.04).The difference was statistically significant in the IL-6,hs-CRP and Calcium-protein levels among the three groups(P<0.001).The IL-6,the hs-CRP and Calcium-protein levels in the mitigation period were also statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The IL-6,hs-CRP and Calcium-protein combined with intestinal flora detection have an important role in diagnosis and assessment of inflammatory bowel disease activities.
