河北农业大学在长期的办学实践中,形成以“艰苦奋斗、甘于奉献、求真务实、爱国为民”为主要内容的“太行山精神”和以“心系群众、扎实苦干、奋发作为、无私奉献”为主要内容的“李保国精神”,并已经成为学校发展的特色文化。“两种精神”育人的研究和实践,是落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的有益探索。

In the long-term school-running practice of Hebei Agricultural University,the"Taihang Mountain Spirit"embodied by"working hard,being ready to make sacrifices,staying realistic and pragmatic,being patriotic and ready to serve the people",and the"Li Baoguo Spirit"embodied by"keeping people in heart,working hard,being devoted to the cause,and making selfless sacrifices",have been formed and become the cultural characteristic of the university’s development.The research and practice of Two Spirits is conducive to implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and training socialist builders and successors who have all-round attainments in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and hard-working spirit education.
