对生态文明建设背景下林业教育的思考

Challenges,Opportunities and Development Trends of Forestry Education in the Context of Ecological Civilization Construction

随着“新工科”“新林科”应运而生,国内各类涉林院校以学科建设为核心积极进行教学改革,取得了一定成效。但林业教育面对林草业新的发展定位与任务,服务对象从“一对一”到“一对多”转型大背景下,依然面临巨大挑战,改革任务任重道远。为此,我国林业教育必须借鉴国际社会林业教育发展经验,涉林高等院校、林业行业部门和政府应协同发力,顺应行业需求,明确发展定位,优化学科结构,改革人才评价取向,激发内生动力,搭建合作平台,提高科技创新和人才培养质量,营造“三全育人”环境,建立具有行业特点的生态文明教育体系,和多部门合作破解林业人才就业瓶颈,尽快为生态文明建设和林草业持续健康发展培养出一大批具有爱国情怀、创新意识、与时俱进的专业能力和吃苦耐劳精神的高素质人才。

Forestry colleges and universities in China have made great success in education reform with disciplinary structures as the core with the emergence of New Engineering and New Forestry.However,forestry education is facing the new development orientation and task of forestry and grass industry and the service target is changing from"one-to-one"to"one-to-many",forestry education still faces great challenges and has a long way to go.Therefore,forestry education must learn from the development experience of forestry education in the international community.forestry colleges and universities,forestry departments should make concerted efforts,conform to the need of forestry and grassland industry,define development orientation,optimize discipline structure,as well as reform talents’evaluation systems to stimulate talents’endogenous power.It is important to establish cooperation platform to imporve the quality of scientific and technological innovation and personnel training,create the environment of“Three-Wide Education(Education of all people,Education through the whole process,Education cover all aspects)”,and build ecological civilization education system with forestry industry characteristics and solve the bottleneck of forestry talents through multi-department cooperation.It is essential to cultivate a large number of high-quality talents with patriotic sentiment,innovative spirits,professional ability to keep pace with the times and work hard for the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable and healthy development of forest and grassland industry as soon as possible.
