技术创新助力乡村振兴战略有效实施

The Role of Technological Innovation in Facilitating Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴是我国在脱贫攻坚取得决定性进展、决胜全面建成小康社会的背景下提出的重要发展战略。目前现代化农村建设还面临发展不平衡不充分、创新驱动不足等问题,积极发挥技术创新的作用,是巩固脱贫攻坚成果,促进乡村振兴,推动乡村现代化建设的重要保障。在系统地分析了技术创新促进农业强、农村美和农民富作用机理的基础上,发现目前我国技术创新助力乡村振兴存在农业科技资金投入不足且结构不合理、农村技术创新供给低效、农业科技成果转化推广不足、农村科技人才缺乏、农业产业技术协同创新体系建设滞后和农村数字化转型存在短板等突出问题,就此提出了保障技术创新助力乡村振兴的有效实施和政策建议。

Rural revitalization strategy is an important development strategy under the background of making decisive progress in poverty alleviation and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At present,the modernization of rural areas is still faced with problems such as unbalanced and insufficient development and insufficient motivation for innovation.Playing the role of technological innovation actively is an important guarantee for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,promoting rural revitalization,and promoting rural modernization.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of technological innovation facilitates agriculture,countryside and farmers'development systematically,this paper analyzes that there are problems including insufficient investment and irrational structure of agricultural science and technology funds,inefficient rural technological innovation,insufficient transformation and promotion of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,insufficient scientific and technological talents in rural areas,lagging construction of collaborative innovation system of agricultural industry technology,shortcomings of rural digital transformation.In this regard,this paper puts forward policies and methods to ensure to ensure technological innovation facilitating rural revitalization.
