推进农业农村现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务。农村改革以来,特别是乡村振兴战略实施以来,我国农业农村现代化取得了较大的进展。得益于把赋权农民贯穿于农村改革全过程,坚持市场化改革方向,实施城乡融合发展,依靠科技推动现代化以及乡村建设和公共服务的扩展。同时,农业高质量发展任务艰巨,城乡二元结构固化,土地制度改革成果的运用以及政府与市场关系等仍面临挑战。推进农业农村现代化要破除对一些关键问题的认识误区,把农业农村现代化置于国家现代化进程中统筹考虑,正确认识政府与市场的关系,尊重现代化的规律,真正让农民成为农业农村现代化建设的主角和受益者。

Promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a major task for building a socialist modernization country in an all-round way.Since the rural reform,especially since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China has made great progress in agricultural and rural modernization.Thanks to empowering farmers throughout the process of rural reform,adhering to market-oriented reform,implementing integrated development of urban and rural areas,relying on science and technology to promote modernization as well as the expansion of rural construction and public services.At the same time,the task of high-quality agricultural development is arduous with the solidified urban-rural dual structure,so the land system reform and the relationship between government and market still face challenges.To promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is necessary to get rid of misconceptions about some major issues,place agricultural and rural modernization in the overall consideration in the process of national modernization,correctly understand the relationship between government and market,respect the laws of modernization,and share the benefits of the construction of agricultural and rural modernization to famers.
