从风药论治腹泻型肠易激综合征经验

腹泻型肠易激综合征属临床常见病、多发病之一,病情迁延难愈,常反复发作,易加重患者不良情绪,严重影响其生活质量,目前临床缺乏完全有效的治疗方案。何晓晖教授从事胃肠疾病治疗多年,总结出该病的主要发病机制为肝郁脾虚,木旺乘土,肝脾不和,指出“痛泻”乃主要临床发病特点,主张临床治疗须重视风邪这一致病因素。何师认为风邪致病乃内风作祟,责之肝脾,并首倡“肠质学说”以指导该病临床实践,强调腹泻型肠易激综合征患者易患肠气郁质,主张以“衡”为法、治神为先。盖风药辛散轻灵,可顺肝脾升发之特性,要紧抓治疗机制,常选用柴胡、钩藤、夜交藤、葛根等风药治疗本病,以迅速缓解临床症状,疗效颇佳,值得推广。
