摘要
张謇经营实业所取得的成就与其始终注重企业文化塑造具有密切联系。张謇以大生集团宗旨“为民生谋福祉,为国家争利权”为企业文化之基,通过价值观引领、制度约束保障、发挥表率作用、强调开放创新意识与依托产品宣传等举措塑造企业文化之实。张謇塑造大生集团企业文化的实践至今仍有启示意义,当代企业可从家国情怀、价值认同、制度严明、开拓创新、忠实不欺、反哺社会六个方面借鉴提升企业文化建设水平。
The achievements of Zhang Jian in industrial management were closely related to his attention to the shaping of corporate culture. Zhang Jian founded Dasheng Group corporate culture at the foundation of“seeking the well-being of people’s livelihood and striving for the right of the country”, and shaped the reality of corporate culture through value guidance, institutional constraints and guarantee, playing an exemplary role,emphasizing open and innovation consciousness and publicity based on products. The practice of Zhang Jian in shaping the corporate culture of Dasheng Group still has enlightenment significance, and contemporary enterprises could learn from six aspects of national identity, value identification, strict rules, pioneering and innovation, loyalty and no cheating, and rewarding the society.
