摘要
提升学生教育实习效果是现代职业教育高质量发展的必然要求,实习基地导师作为教育实习中重要的角色,其工作的重要性和必要性日益凸显。为进一步提升教育实习的质量,研究者基于“以学生为中心”理念,调研当前学前教育实习基地导师的指导行为现状;围绕指导的时机、内容、方式、反馈等方面,总结当前指导行为的存在问题,从园所和学校两方面入手探索针对性策略,以促进教育实习工作的有效开展。
Improving the effect of students educational practice is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of modern vocational education at present.As an important role in educational practice,the tutor of the practice base has become increasingly important and necessary.In order to further improve the quality of educational practice,based on the concept of student-centered,the researcher investigated the current situation of guidance behavior of tutors in preschool education practice base.Focusing on the timing,content,method,feedback and other aspects of guidance,this paper points out the existing problems of current guidance behavior,and puts forward targeted strategies to promote the effective development of educational practice work from the perspectives of kindergartens and schools.
