摘要
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是世界第三大恶性肿瘤,其肝脏转移发病率及死亡率较高。改善结直肠癌肝转移(colorectal liver metastases,CRLM)患者预后的关键是早期诊断和合理治疗肝转移灶。CT、MRI、正电子发射断层扫描(positron emission tomography,PET)和超声(ultrasound,US)等检查方法均可用于CRLM的评估。本文就CRLM的影像学评估方法进行梳理,为CRLM患者临床诊断及治疗策略提供参考。
Colorectal cancer is the third most common malignant tumor in the world,with a high incidence and mortality of liver metastasis.The key to improve the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases is early diagnosis and reasonable treatment of liver metastases.Imaging methods such as CT,MRI,positron emission tomography(PET)and ultrasound(US)can be used to evaluate liver metastases from colorectal cancer.This article reviews the imaging evaluation methods of colorectal cancer liver metastases to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy of colorectal cancer liver metastases.
