Structural optimization of the non-dead center transition zone of an axial piston pump with three assignment windows

摘要 三配流窗口轴向柱塞泵是实现泵控单出杆液压缸最直接有效的方法,针对三配流窗口轴向柱塞泵在非死点过渡区产生压力冲击和流量脉动的问题,提出在配流盘非死点过渡区开设阻尼孔和三角槽相结合的方案。考虑油液压缩性,建立三配流窗口轴向柱塞泵的AMEsim仿真模型,通过对比非死点过渡区的不同减振方案,结果表明,阻尼孔和三角槽相结合的结构使轴向柱塞泵出口流量脉动降低了6%,几乎消除了非死点过渡区的压力冲击。并且,阻尼孔尺寸为0.5 mm时,轴向柱塞泵出口流量和柱塞腔压力表现最优。 The use of an axial piston pump with three assignment windows is the most direct and effective way to realize the pump-controlled single-rod hydraulic cylinder system. Aiming at the problem of pressure impact and flow pulsation generated by an axial piston pump with three assignment windows in the non-dead center transition zone, this paper proposes a new structure combining damping holes and triangular grooves at the valve plate of the non-dead center transition zone. Considering the compressibility of the oil, the AMEsim simulation model of the axial piston pump with three assignment windows is established. By comparing different damping schemes in the non-dead center transition zone, the results show that the combined structure of the damping holes and the triangular grooves reduces the outlet flow pulsation of the axial piston pump by 6%, and almost eliminates the pressure shock in the non-dead center transition zone. At the same time, the simulation results show that the outlet flow and the plunger cavity pressure of the axial piston pump are optimal when the damping hole size is 0.5 mm.
