摘要
目的探讨心脏重症监护室(CCU)护士授权赋能与职业认同感的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法, 选取2021年6—9月在郑州市8所三级甲等医院CCU工作的164名护士为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同评定量表、领导授权赋能行为量表对其进行问卷调查。本研究共发放问卷164份, 回收有效问卷158份, 有效回收率为96.34%(158/164)。结果 158名CCU护士的护士职业认同评定量表、领导授权赋能行为量表总分分别为(93.24±6.05)、(84.30±7.15)分。CCU护士领导授权赋能行为量表总分与护士职业认同评定量表总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CCU护士职业认同感处于中等水平, 而授权赋能与职业认同感密切相关, 护理管理者应注重实施有效的授权赋能行为, 提高临床CCU护士职业认同, 促进护理队伍稳定。
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between nurses'empowerment and professional identity in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit(CCU).MethodsFrom June to September 2021,164 nurses working in CCU of 8 Class II Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected as the research object by convenience sampling.The General Information Questionnaire,Professional Identity Scale for Nurses and Empowering Leadership Behavior Scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.A total of 164 questionnaires were distributed,and 158 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid recovery rate of 96.34%(158/164).Results Among 158 CCU nurses,the total scores of the Professional Identity Scale for Nurses and the Empowering Leadership Behavior Scale were(93.24±6.05)and(84.30±7.15)respectively.There was a positive correlation between the total score of Professional Identity Scale for Nurses and the total score of Empowering Leadership Behavior Scale(P<0.05).ConclusionsCCU nurses'professional identity is at the middle level,while empowerment is closely related to their professional identity.Nursing managers should pay attention to the implementation of effective empowerment behavior,improve the professional identity of CCU nurses,and promote the stability of the nursingteam.
